Review your cycle summary and previous cycles
Use Care Review and cycle history to understand glucose, medication, and habit trends for your current 14-day Recovery Island program and past cycles.

Kinsula organizes recovery into 14-day cycles aligned with Recovery Island. Care Review aggregates your logs into summaries you can scan before a clinic call or share via Health Auth.
Current cycle summary
- Open Care Review from the main navigation (name may appear as Review on some builds).
- Select the current cycle date range (Day 1–14 of your active program).
- Review sections typically including:
- Glucose averages and time in range (based on your care profile targets)
- Medication adherence highlights
- Insulin totals if applicable
- Notes and quick routine completion
- Tap into a section for day-by-day detail when available.
- Export or share only through official in-app flows if your pilot supports sending summaries to your linked care team.

Previous cycles
- In Care Review, open the cycle picker or History control.
- Choose a completed cycle to compare how this discharge period differed from an earlier one.
- Note improvements (more fasting logs, fewer missed PM meds) and areas to discuss with your clinician.
- Previous cycles remain in your cloud account after you finish Day 14 — start a new cycle only when the app or your care team instructs you to.
Note: Analytics depend on consistent logging. A sparse cycle summary usually means fewer saved readings, not a software error.
